Return and Replacement Policy:
If you want to place a replacement in KisaanHelpline, you have to apply for the replacement within 1 week of the delivery of the product. You have to call our 24x7 customer support for raising any replacement request. Once we receive your replacement request we will initiate the process for it and will ensure that the replacement is made at the earliest. The replacement is only possible if the product is unused, no damages, with the original packaging and with the receipt and the invoice.
